FINANCE MANAGER

We seek a Finance Manager who, working closely with the Executive Director, is responsible for management, oversight and maintenance of Centrum’s financial systems, including day-to-day accounting records, payroll, budgets, cash flow management, audit oversight, and reporting. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; four years of experience in a management-level finance role; at least one year of supervisory experience; non-profit accounting experience; fluency with QuickBooks, MS Office, and other pertinent software; and excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills. CPA Certification is a plus.

HALF-TIME MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

We seek a half-time (20 hours per week) Marketing and Communications Manager to provide leadership in all aspects of marketing and communication, including earned income goals through a comprehensive plan that enhances public communications. This will also include creating marketing, public relations, and sponsorship plans; identifying sources of additional earned revenue; and assuring implementation of the plans. Working closely with the Executive Director, the Manager uses the most up-to-date marketing concepts and media outlets to contribute to the development, improvement and implementation of organizational strategies, operational systems, processes, and practices in support of Centrum mission and goals. This also requires some interaction with the Board of Directors.
