For all of you beach lovers, we have some big news.

On Saturday May 29th the Cable House Canteen will re-open for the Summer!

Conveniently located at the entrance to the Point Wilson beach area at Fort Worden State Park, the Cable House Canteen offers locally-produced food, and everything else you need to enjoy a great day at the beach.

Back by popular demand is the Mini Burger featuring Roger Short's Grass-fed, Chimacum beef – served on a Pane D'Amore whole wheat bun.  Of course, hot dogs, chicken, and fish and chips return as well.

Perhaps best of all on the beach in the summer: hand scooped ice cream returns and don't forget we've got an ESPRESSO MACHINE.  Scoop of coffee ice cream with a shot of espresso anybody?

As usual, you can expect ice, firewood, plenty of beverage choices, and sundries. We've also added more natural products and brought back some seating.  Come on down and take a look!
