August 13-19, 2011 – Nia White Belt (Residential)
Madrona MindBody is offering a special residential program at Fort Worden State Park April 13-19, 2011 with Nia’s reknown trainer: Winalee Zeeb.
The Nia White Belt Intensive lays the foundation for all Nia training and education. The Madrona Campus at Fort Worden offers an exemplary movement space, easy access to pristine saltwater beaches and forests, organic meals, and a room of your own with water views.
On-Campus Package includes your own (individual) private occupancy guestroom for 6 nights, meals include dinner on Aug. 13th (Sat.), and breakfast/lunch/dinner Sunday through to Friday lunch. Package includes linens, bedding, pillows. On-campus option also has a full kitchen area with a stocked refrigerator with essentials for residential guests. Winalee Zeeb is earning her PhD in life, as she incorporates her experiences and skills into her speaking, teaching and facilitating. As a fitness teacher since 1981, she strives on sharing the joy of movement, along with innovative philosophies for creating balance and wellness. Today that involves actively and eagerly teaching mind/body fitness on land and in water. Through her business, Heartdance, she is fulfilling her dream of following her heart’s desire—using her teaching skill to create a variety of ways in which people can gather, share from the heart and heal.
