The holiday dinner will feature Roast Cooper Farms turkey with house made gravy, mashed Dharma Ridge Farm pototoes, roasted pumpkin soup with sage creme fraiche, local greens with hazelnuts, dried fruits and homemade pies, fruit cobbler and crisp.
