The Port Townsend Marine Science Center is hosting a workshop for teachers on "Understanding Climate Change." The session will be held Saturday, October 22 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Fort Worden.

The workshop will explore exciting, engaging inquiry-based curriculum for grades 6-10 designed to address the complex, global nature of climate change.

At 4pm, participants can watch the film, "Facing Climate Change" and meet the team who specializes in telling the stories of local people worldwide as they confront and adapt to their changing world.
