Toxic Contaminants in Puget Sound Food Webs

On Thursday, November 17, at 7pm, Jim West and Jennifer Lanksbury of the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife will discuss how pollutants get into the food web and why they are a problem for humans and wildlife.

The pair will address what is known about contaminants in Jefferson County marine waters.

Admission to the event is by donation. The presentation begins at 7pm at the Port Townsend Marine Science Center’s Natural History Exhibit.
