Northwest Treasure Caleb Klauder has spent quite a bit of time in Louisiana the last few years. One project that has emerged, partly from this experience, is the Cajun Country Revival, a band combining many of Caleb’s friends – Joel Savoy, Jesse Lege, the remarkable Nadine Landry, Sammy Lind, and members of Caleb’s country band. They’ve got one terrific recording,  The Right Combination – take a listen.

On one Louisiana visit, the Foghorn Trio played at Rendez-vous des Cajuns, a weekly show recorded live every Saturday from the Liberty Theater in Eunice. Here’s a slow country song that Celeb wrote from that set, with Jesse Lege sitting in.
