Enjoy this video, courtesy of Al Bergstein and Mountainstone Productions, that features the world premiere of Jovino Santos-Neto’s three-part “Winter Choro” that was premiered by the composer at the faculty concert of Centrum’s Choro workshop in April of 2012.

Jovino, an accomplished pianist/flutist/accordionist is one of Brazil’s greatest composers and is a member of the faculty at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. He composed this work while in residence at the Banff Centre in Alberta, Canada.
