Tickets Now On Sale for 2012/2013 Port Townsend Chamber Music Festival

Series tickets are now on sale for the 2012/2013 Port Townsend Chamber Music Festival.

Nationally acclaimed as a conductor and pianist, and for connecting audiences with the music, Lucinda Carver, Centrum’s Artistic Director for Chamber Music, has programmed three concerts spanning nearly 350 years of chamber music and featuring some of America’s top chamber musicians, as part of the Port Townsend Chamber Music Festival’s Joseph F. Wheeler Celebration Series.

Carver is joined by the youngest clarinetist ever hired by the Metropolitan Opera, and the violist from the Calder Quartet, who performed to acclaim in 2010, for a delightful opening program. Subsequent concerts feature the concertmaster of San Francisco’s Philharmonia Baroque, and the renowned Arianna String Quartet.

Each concert features a combination of artists and repertoire that you will only find at Centrum. Subscribe now to the series and enjoy the best seating, best savings and the chance to renew or upgrade your seats year after year.
