Biographical Info

Melissa O’Neil is a mom, auntie, writer, poet, and professed witch.  She is an active volunteer with groups of young people at local schools and believes that the real magic happens when we connect with each other.  Melissa has a BA in English and Creative Writing and an MS in Library and Information Sciences and just finished writing her first novel. Melissa enjoys spending time with her kids, dreaming about guacamole, receiving and sending hand-written letters, color-sorting bookshelves, and sniffing the top of her son’s head. She lives in Port Townsend with her family.
