Writers love Port Townsend, and a winter residency at Centrum at Fort Worden is hard to beat. Centrum residencies are self directed retreats where you’ll have the time and space for uninterrupted work. You might take a break to walk along the beach, stroll through the park, or explore the shops and restaurants in downtown Port Townsend. The short days and brisk nights will encourage you to come back to your little cabin and focus on your project.
