2010 Port Townsend Writers’ Conference

Chris_Hari Well, another year has come and gone; the 37th Port Townsend Writers' Conference is over. It was the "beautiful week"–a time of retreat and renewal for over two hundred writers taking a variety of workshops, attending craft lectures, and attending–or participating in–evening readings.

In addition, the Residency-Only option, in which writers come to this stunning location for both silence and camaraderie, was the most Sam popular it has ever been.

The next Conference will happen July 17-24, 2011, and faculty and workshop offerings should be announced mid-October, with registration to open in early November of this year.

In the meantime, writer Tamara Sellman has a nice post-Conference recap blog here. And terrific photos from the 2010 gathering will be available shortly!
