More than a dozen super-skilled ukulele mavens from around the country will present two consecutive evenings of music in the Wheeler Theater at Fort Worden. Treat your ears to a wide variety of styles – classic jazz, country blues, Western swing, contemporary Hawaiian, pop, novelty, and jugband – you’ll hear all this and more at these two shows. The ukulele — which has surged and receded in popularity for more than 135 years — is here to stay.
