Matt Dahlberg

Matt Dahlberg is a Seattle-born ʻukulele educator and musician whose teaching centers on helping players develop their own musical voices. Taught his first chord by his grandfather, Matt has spent more than 15 years teaching ʻukulele, working with thousands of students and developing an approach that meets each player where they are.

Matt’s teaching has reached players around the world through private lessons, workshops, YouTube, and Patreon, and his work as an educator has been featured in The New York Times.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, Matt continues to teach, perform, arrange, and create new music, including his 2025 album Baritone.
