Get ready for one of the most joyful and unforgettable nights of Choro Northwest! The Faculty & Bandão Concert brings together our dazzling teaching artists and workshop participants for a high-energy celebration of Brazilian choro music — and it was a huge hit last year, so don’t wait to grab your tickets.

The evening begins with a performance by our brilliant faculty, followed by the exciting second set: the full bandão — an orchestra-sized ensemble of participants and faculty playing gorgeous choro arrangements in the grand Brazilian tradition of a “big band.”

With dozens of musicians onstage, the sound is vibrant, powerful, and truly one-of-a-kind. Plus, a wine and beer cash bar will be available onsite to complete the festive atmosphere.
