Only Three Spaces Remaining in Creative Nonfiction Workshop

If you're interested in studying creative nonfiction with Judith Kitchen, the workshop is already more than half full (11 out of 14) and registration has only been open for a week. Centrum's first writing workshop of 2010 will take place February 4-7, at the Fort Worden State Park campus.

Judith kitchen Judith is the author of Only the Dance (essays), Distance and Direction (essays), and The House on Eccles Road (novel), which was awarded the S. Mariella Gable Prize in fiction. Recent essays have appeared or are forthcoming in Prairie Schooner, The Georgia Review, Brevity, and Waccamaw.

In addition, she has edited three collections of nonfiction (In Short, In Brief, and Short Takes) for W. W. Norton, and recently co-edited an anthology with Ted Kooser, The Poets Guide to the Birds. Her awards include a Pushcart Prize, the Lillian Fairchild Award for her novel, and a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship. Kitchen is an Advisory and Contributing Editor for The Georgia Review where she is a regular reviewer of poetry.

TUITION
