Hi all,

Here's what our littling gathering will look like: 

Tuesday: 3:30 – 5:30 – check in.        

              6pm – Dinner, then orientation and teacher introductions.

After all the official business we'll get down to some jamming, meeting and greeting, and settling in for the weekend.

Wednesday/Thursday:

     Breakfast 8:30 to 9:30AM

     Morning class: 10 – 12noon,  breakout by instrument –

           fiddle with Andre, accordion with Pierre-Luc, guitar with Eric

Lunch: 12:15

Afternoon Class: 1:30 – Instructors Choice

            (footwork, singing, bouzouki, harmonica, ???, bring your own ideas)

3:00 – 4:30: Quebecois Orchestra

Dinner: 6:00 to 7:00

Wednesday evening: At 8PM there will be an informal performance by the faculty, playing together and separately, as they wish, lasting for an hour or so. Afterwards jamming will ensue and the teachers will be involved in facilitating some of this. Bop til you drop.

Thursday evening: There will be dance (perhaps preceded by a short concert set) by De Temps Antan in the JFK building, open to the public, commencing at 7:30pm. Suzanne Girardot calling. Afterwards, we’ll all jam happily and try to cop some of the cool licks we heard in the show.

Friday: Breakfast, check out by 11am, goodbyes.
