Renee Klein lives in Port Townsend and is a co-owner and Registered Yoga Therapist at Madrona MindBody. She was instrumental in the merger of Madrona with Centrum last year. Since 1994, she has been a Principal with her family-owned business, Klein & Klein Consulting, originally based in Seattle. The firm specializes in public relations, communications and strategic planning. For five years she was President and CEO of the American Lung Association of the Mountain Pacific, with earlier experience as the Executive Director of the Highline Medical Center Foundation and, in the early 1990s, as the General Manager for Communications of the McDonnell Douglas Corp. She relied on her experience as a corporate executive and team leader responsible for multi-million dollar budgets. She has been a fundraiser, communications director, and strategic counsel to help organizations increase their capacity, rebrand and manage change or crisis. She is sought after for her ability to readily assess each client’s needs, formulate strategies and implementable solutions, bring teams together around shared goals, and inspire sustainable change. She also is in demand for her leadership in community and philanthropic organizations.
