David Rinn

David has more than 25 years of experience as a finance and corporate development executive, primarily in the technology and internet sectors.  He has managed planning processes, developed and implemented M&A strategies, raised equity and debt capital, managed international expansion, overseen operations teams and worked closely with Boards of Directors and Audit Committees.  His past roles include CFO at Pendrell Corp., CFO and SVP Corporate Development at Ancestry.com, and division CFO and other roles at Microsoft Corp.  He began his career at Morgan Stanley.  David presently serves on the Board of Directors of Cure HHT.  Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia is a genetic blood vessel disorder that affects about one in 5,000 people. Cure HHT leads a global effort to advocate for patients and families, raise awareness, catalyze and sponsor research, and advance treatments.  David graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. cum laude in Geology and has an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.   David and his wife, Laura, live in Seattle and Port Townsend with their two children.
